Welcome to Doctors Weight Loss Clinic! We are so glad you have found us online! We are excited to now be offering telehealth visits for one of our most popular medical weight loss solutions – Semaglutide! Where you can start your weight loss journey from the comfort of your own home!

This program is a 10 week program. Price includes weight loss medication and doctor televisits. Treatment options will be reviewed in detail and an appropriate and customized weight loss plan will be created and tailored to your needs. Please have a copy of recent blood work available to email to us. If you enroll in a program, the consultation fee will be applied to your at-home program total cost.

Here’s how you can get started:

Click on the scheduler button below to be directed to our scheduling page where you can book your appointment time and pay your consultation fee. The consultation fee is $50. The total cost of the 10 week program is $550, but your consultation fee will be applied to your program cost if you choose to move forward with the weight loss program. Consultation fees are non-refundable. The paperwork linked below MUST be completed, signed, and emailed back to dwlclinicok@gmail.com 48 PRIOR to your consultation. If it is not returned before 48 hours, your consultation will be cancelled for your current appointment time and one of our staff will reach out to reschedule your appointment to give you more time to turn in your paperwork.

**Recent blood work is REQUIRED to have on file and needs to be emailed to dwlclinicok@gmail.com within 30 days post consultation. It must have been completed within the past year and include a CBC, CMP, and TSH. If you do not have any recent blood work on file you can:

1) Get it drawn via your own provider before your consultation

OR

2) You can email us at dwlclinicok@gmail.com and we can mail you a hard copy lab requisition that can be taken to any DLO Clinic to draw and process your bloodwork. Cost is $60 and we will invoice you for it from our system.

*** Pre-existing health conditions that will disqualify you from being able to participate in any form of medical weight loss:

• Family history of Medullary Thyroid Cancer, MEN 1 or 2
• Personal history of Pancreatitis
• Currently on diabetes medication
